What’s been happening:

In June 1998, I finally hung up my uniform and retired from the Coast Guard Reserve as a Captain following over 35 years of service in the Marine Corps and Coast Guard Reserve. I am currently employed as the Director of Logistics Policy in the US Department of Health and Human Services in Washington, DC. In addition to my BS, I obtained several graduate degrees since leaving Penn State and received the following professional certifications: Certified Hazard Control Manager, Certified Professional Property Manager, and Consulting Fellow in the National Property Management Association. My hope is that when I retire from public service that I will be able to return to a classroom either full-time or as an adjunct faculty member in business.
